2-Pyrrolidone is colorless to yellowish,clear liquid(above 25℃),it’s soluble in water or organic solvents with chemical stability and non-corrosiveness character. melting point at 24.6℃,boiling point at 245℃,flashing point at 129.4℃.

2-Pyrroliodne is one of the very important solvents,intermediate  in pharmaceutical and other resins,As a high boling point solvent, it’s widely combined used with pharmaceutical grade Povidone K15/Povidone K17 to produce veterinary drugs,and it’s one of the main raw  materials used in the production of Acetamide pyrrolidone.
