Acrylates Copolymer is a kind of Thickening and suspending agent which is mainly used in hair care and other personal care formulations.

We developed its new application in Rinse Free Hand Sanitizer successfully in March 2020.

The product properties:

● It can easily solve the trouble of thickening alcohol solvent.

● Fast thickening without pre-swelling, which is simpler and faster than powder carbomer.

● Cold-processing, thickening ability is better than domestic or imported similar products.

● High transparency, equivalent to Carbomer.

● Superior compatibility, mild nature and low irritation.

● Does not contain benzene and any solvents.

The Gel with Y&R Acrylates Copolymer with less blue light, higher viscosity.

2.High Viscosity

From Figure 1, in 65%/70%/75% Alcohol Gel system with 5% Acrylates Copolymer added, the Viscosity of Y&R Acrylates Copolymer, domestic competitor’s material and imported product. The viscosity separately is 9150/7850/6850 mPa.s,3750/3200/2600mPa.s, and 3700/3300/2800mPa.s

3.High Transparency

From Figure 2, in the 65%/70%/75% Alcohol Gel System with 5% Acrylates Copolymer added, the transparent rate separately as 92.9%/91.6%/91.2%,86.9%/86%/80.5%/ and 91.1%/90.4/89.2%.

Because of the good effect, Acrylates Copolymer became more popular not only by our old customers in USA, but also we developed new customers in North America and got their high praise. Then we continue working hard to develop the market and entered South America market successfully in May 2020.
